Our software is also suitable for setting up a business fleet. It doesn’t matter if you want a small amount of bikes for your employees and customers or if you want to base your entire enterprise around bicycles, we can produce the best modules to create a custom solution for your business.
Each bike comes with a smart-lock that is connected to the X-bike software. You can easily set up your own geofence rules using the fleet management software to monitor the usage and ensure that the fleet is working correctly. We can even go further and add an incentive programme for your employees to commute by bike which could give them access to local deals and events. This will then encourage them to cycle more and therefore improve their overall health and create a thriving workplace environment in your organisation. As an admin you can create individual accounts for each person within your organisation. They will be able to log in to the X-Bike app and from that point on your organisation will have its own personally customisable mobile environment which users can access bikes with.
We work with bicycle brands that design specifically with bike sharing in mind and who provide the most suitable bikes for this. To make sure that we get the maximum number of miles out of each bike we provide a servicing programme whereby we take care of any issues with our +1 system and maintenance team.*
